Welcome to one bed. These terms and conditions apply to the one bed platform (onebed.bet) and its associated mobile application. By registering or using our platform, you automatically agree to these terms and conditions.

One bed is a legally operated online betting and gaming platform serving users in Bangladesh. We are committed to full transparency with our users, which is why these Terms & Conditions have been written entirely in Bengali.

In this document, "we", "one bed", and "platform" refer to the onebed.bet website and its operating entity. "You" or "user" refers to any individual who is registered on or using this platform.

Accurate information is required to open an account on one bed. Registering with false details is a direct violation of our terms and conditions and may result in account termination.

Registration Requirements

• Each individual may only open one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited.

• Your account login credentials (password) must not be shared with anyone.
• Accounts may not be sold or transferred to any third party.
• You may not allow another person to access your account while it has a balance.

For your security, one bed follows a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification process. You may be asked to verify your identity before making a withdrawal or upon exceeding certain limits. In such cases, you will need to submit your National ID or other valid documents.

One bed is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Minors are not permitted to use this platform.

• By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
• A National ID or birth certificate may be required for age verification.
• Registering with a false age will result in immediate account termination and the balance may be forfeited.

Deposit Rules

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳100.
• Accepted payment methods: Mobile Pay, Nagad, Rocket.
• You must use your own registered mobile number when making a deposit.
• Deposits sent from third-party accounts will not be accepted and will be returned.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within 5 minutes.

Withdrawal Rules

• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200.
• Withdrawals can only be made to a verified mobile number.
• Standard processing time is 5–10 minutes. In some cases, KYC verification may extend this.

• Winnings derived from bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.

Transaction Disputes

If you encounter any issue with a transaction, please notify our support team within 48 hours. We will investigate and resolve the matter. Filing false disputes may result in account suspension.

One bed regularly offers attractive bonuses and promotions. However, each bonus comes with its own terms and conditions that must be followed.

Welcome Bonus

• New users will receive a welcome bonus on their first deposit.

• The welcome bonus can only be claimed once.

Wagering Requirements

Withdrawing bonus funds requires meeting specific wagering requirements. For example, if the wagering requirement is 5x and you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place ৳5,000 in bets before you can withdraw.

• There is a set time limit within which wagering requirements must be met.

Bet Acceptance & Cancellation

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• Some bets may be eligible for cancellation before the event starts (subject to specific conditions).
• Odds in live betting change rapidly. Some bets may be automatically voided due to odds fluctuations.

Odds & Results

• All odds are displayed in decimal format.
• Event results are verified from official sources.
• If an event is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, one bed reserves the right to void the affected bet.

Prohibited Activities

• Betting for match fixing or gaining unfair advantages is strictly prohibited.
• Placing bets using automated bots or software is not permitted.
• Any attempt at bonus arbitrage or system abuse will result in account termination.

One bed believes gaming is for entertainment, not addiction. We encourage all our users to play responsibly.

Set Limits

• Deposit Limit: Set a daily, weekly, or monthly cap on how much you deposit.
• Bet Limit: You can cap the maximum amount you bet within a given period.
• Session Limits: Set a maximum duration for how long you can play in a single session.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently close your account for a set period or indefinitely.

One bed may suspend or close your account for any of the following reasons:

• Registering with false information or committing identity fraud.
• Operating multiple accounts.
• Bonus abuse or system manipulation.
• Being a minor or allowing a minor to use your account.
• Suspicion of money laundering or any other illegal activity.

Upon account closure, any valid balance will be returned; however, bonuses or winnings obtained through rule violations may be forfeited.

One bed reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. When changes are made, we will:
